In Riga, Latvia, a drone carry a Christmas Tree has been flown by the local mobile operator, LMT, through the city, to much of the delight to onlookers.
LMT, Latvian Mobile Telephone, has multiple drone-based projects, including an AI-powered rescue drone for emergency missions, as well as a joint UTM platform for laying the foundations for safe drone flight BVLOS. Last month, LMT conducted one of the first live demonstrations of remotely flying a drone BVLOS.

This solution will build a complete airspace picture necessary to conduct unmanned operations beyond visual line of sight in Canada and beyond.
