2022-04-05

The Almaz-Antey Concern has successfully completed state acceptance tests of the ROSC-1 radar-optical complex for ensuring security of critical facilities at Kurumoch International Airport in Samara.
The modularity of the complex allows its flexible configuration depending on peculiarities of the guarded object.
The ROSC-1 complex can be used as a means of detecting and counteracting unauthorized drone flights to enhance flight safety in airfield areas. In the course of tests, the ability to effectively detect, recognize and counteract mini- and micro-UAVs was confirmed.
Besides, ROSC-1 can be used for ornithological support of flight safety - both in operational work and for statistical processing of ornithological information.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces are urgently replacing American M777 howitzers with Soviet ones due to Lancet drones in the Kupyansk direction, the media reported.
